As a guide: a 20ft office fit-out runs from about $8,500 on top of the container (new-build 20ft from $4,850–$5,400+GST), so a complete new 20ft office typically lands around $14,000–$18,000+GST depending on spec. Hire rates for fitted offices are quoted per project — call 06 835 3010.

Can I hire a container office short-term? +

Yes — site offices are one of our most common hires. Tell us the project length and we'll structure the rate accordingly; delivery and pickup are quoted with it.

Is the electrical work certified? +

Always. All wiring in our offices and sleepouts is done and inspected by certified electricians, with a Code of Compliance / ESC supplied. You connect to site power via a standard caravan-style inlet or hardwired connection.

How quickly can you deliver a site office? +

If we have a fitted unit in the yard, within days. A custom build typically takes a few weeks depending on the engineer's schedule and spec. On-site stock is the reason locals come to us first — ring and ask what's ready now.
