Garage fit-out from ~$6,200 + container. Twin 20ft joined builds quoted per project.
Container garages & workshops
A garage that arrives on a truck: roller door cut and framed by our engineer, power and lighting wired and certified, benches and shelving if you want them. From a single 20ft workshop to twin-container double garages and full-length 40ft 'big rig' bays.
Single workshops: the 20ft garage
A 20ft with a roller door, power and a bench is the classic man-cave/workshop build — motorbikes, ride-ons, tools and toys, all behind steel. It fits where a built garage can't and doesn't need foundations, just a level pad of ground.
Twin-container double garages
Two 20ft containers joined along their long walls give you a 4.7m-wide, fully-enclosed double bay — welded, sealed and fitted with full-width roller doors. Two 40fts end-to-end make a bay long enough for trucks, boats and machinery. These are engineered joins done in our yard, delivered in sections and finished on site.
Security is the whole point
Corten steel walls, lockboxes over padlocks, and optional alarms and security bars — a container garage is dramatically harder to get into than any timber shed or roller-door garage. For rural sites in CHB and orchard blocks where gear walks, that's the reason customers ring us.

Container garages — common questions
How much does a container garage cost? +
A 20ft garage build (roller door + power) runs from about $6,200 on top of the container — so roughly $11,500–$14,000+GST complete on a new-build base, less on a tidy used unit. Twin-container double garages are priced per build. The configurator gives a live estimate.
Can a car fit inside a shipping container? +
Yes — the door aperture is 2.34m wide and most cars are under 1.9m. A standard 20ft takes one vehicle with room around it; for a genuine double garage you want the twin-20ft joined build at 4.7m wide.
Do I need a concrete pad for a container garage? +
No — containers only need support at their four corner castings. Level, compacted ground with concrete pads or railway sleepers under the corners is enough. We advise on ground prep before delivery.
